摘要
煤现在是、将来仍是中国的主力能源,且煤用于发电的比例将越来越大。煤的直接燃烧已引起严重的生态和环境污染,并且其直接燃烧很难解决温室气体减排问题。解决煤炭的清洁高效利用问题是中国发展低碳经济的关键。以煤气化为核心的多联产能源系统是综合解决我国面临的能源挑战的重要方案,实施多联产能源战略刻不容缓,延误过渡到以煤气化为核心的多联产技术的时机,将会显著增加将来中国治理空气污染的成本、难以控制未来石油进口,以及大大增加减排温室气体的成本。中国CO2减排应从煤化工开始,积累经验,逐步过渡到"IGCC+多联产+CCUS"。
For China,coal is dominant in energy mix not only at present,but also in the coming 40~50 years,but more and more portion of the coal will be used for power generation.The direct combustion of coal has been causing severe pollution and ecological degradation.It is quite difficult to solve the problem of CO2 reduction with direct combustion of coal.As a result,the development of polygeneration system based on coal gasification is the strategic direction of China's energy to meet the requirements of major challenges.Clean and efficient utilization of coal is the key to China's low-carbon economy.The polygeneration energy system is a comprehensive solution to the energy challenges that China is facing.Urgent actions should be taken to start the transition to this technology to avoid air pollutions,energy security problems and GHG mitigation in China.CO2 mitigation in China should begin from coal-chemical industry to accumulate experience,and gradually transfer to the "IGCC + polygeneration+CCUS".
