氧化镧掺杂Mo-12Si-8.5B合金的微观组织与力学性能 被引量:1

Microstructure and Mechanical Property of La_2O_3-doped Mo-12Si-8.5B Alloys

摘要 采用液-液掺杂法和等离子体活化烧结法(Plasma Activated Sintering,PAS)制备了含不同氧化镧质量分数的Mo-12Si-8.5B合金。通过XRD和金相显微镜对不同成分的Mo-12Si-8.5B合金进行了物相分析和微观组织观察,并对其力学性能进行了测试和研究。结果表明,所制备合金均主要由-αMo,Mo3Si和Mo5SiB2三相组成,且随着氧化镧掺杂量的增加,合金的微观组织更加细化,抗压强度得到提高。 La2O3-doped Mo-12Si-8.5B alloys with different mass fraction of lanthanum oxide were prepared by liquid-liquid doping and plasma activated sintering technology.The phase analysis and observation of microstructures of Mo-Si-B alloys are conducted through XRD and optical microscope.And the mechanical property of alloy is tested.Results show that the Mo-Si-B alloys mainly consist of α-Mo,Mo3Si and Mo5SiB2 three phases,and the microstructure of the doped Mo-Si-B alloy was refined and the compressive strength was improved with the increasing of La oxide doped.
