摘要
研究了2种实现挠性传输载体接口的连接技术,即插针连接和压板连接,并分别对2种连接方式进行了有限元建模和可靠性分析,对压板连接还进行了电接触特性分析,通过工艺试验验证了2种连接方式的可行性。
Two kinds of connection technology to realize the flexible transmission carrier connection are researched in the paper,which are needle connection and pressure board connection.We also built the FEM model and did reliability analysis for the connection technology presented in this paper.Electric contacting characters of the pressure board are analyzed and technical experiment is carried out to prove two kinds of connection technology in this paper are feasible.
