植物生长调节剂(组合)对南方地区淮山药叶片营养及产量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为探索有效的植物生长调节剂种类及浓度,试验以"桂淮2号"淮山药为供试品种,研究矮壮素(CCC)与羟季铵.萘合剂(氯化胆碱CC+萘乙酸NAA)对南方地区淮山药叶片营养及产量的影响。结果表明:CCC和CC+NAA在较低浓度时对淮山药叶片全N含量影响不大,而增加浓度却可以保持叶片生长后期具有较高的N含量,延缓叶片衰老。喷施CCC 2250 mg.-1提高了淮山药块茎膨大中期叶片P含量,并减缓块茎膨大中后期叶片K含量的下降,淮山药产量达到33 255.15 kg.hm-2,比对照及仅喷0.15%KH2PO4处理增幅为15.20%和13.22%;结薯比例最好,结单薯、双薯比例总和达到94.66%;块茎平均长度61.1 cm,说明CCC对块茎的伸长生长有一定的促进作用。 This study has been carried out to research the effects of different plant growth regulators(combination) on leaf nutrition and yield of yam(Dioscorea opposita Thunb.) in South China and look for effective concentration and category of plant growth regulators,viz.chlormequat chloride(CCC) and CC(choline chloride)+NAA(naphthalene acetic acid).Yam variety Guihuai 2 was used as the control in this study.The results showed that spraying CCC could coordinate nutrition of yam leaves in the middle-late period of tuber growth.Spraying the low concentration of CCC and CC+NAA could hardly influence on N content of yam leaves.However,to increase concentration of CCC and CC+NAA used to treat yam could maintain high level of N content of leaves in the late period of leaf growth so as to delay aging of leaves.After sprayed with CCC in concentration 2250 mg/L,P content of leaves of yam would be enhanced and decrease of K content of leaves would slow down in the late period,and the yield of tuber would reach 33 255.15 kg/ha,which was 15.20 % and 13.22 % higher than yield of CK and yam sprayed only with 0.15 % KH2PO4,respectively,tuber formation proportion was the optimal and single tuber and double tuber rate totally reached 94.66 %,the average length of tuber was 61.1 cm,it showed that applying CCC could promote growth and extension of tuber.
