摘要
目的建立一套较为科学、量化可比的护理实习生评判性思维技能评价指标体系。方法通过理论分析、文献回顾、小组讨论筛选出护理实习生评判性思维技能的各评价指标,在初步拟定指标体系的基础上,采用两轮Delphi法咨询确立各指标、内涵结构及权重。结果构建了包括7项一级指标、16项二级指标及28项二级指标内涵的护理实习生评判性思维技能评价指标体系。结论 2轮咨询结果可靠,权重赋值协调程度好,可信度高,可用于护理实习生评判性思维技能的评价。
Objective To create a scientific, quantitative and comparable evaluation index system for nursing students' critical thinking skills. Method Select the evaluation indexes for nursing students' critical thinking skills by theoretical analysis, literature review and group discussion. Establish all the indexes, intensional structure and weight by two round of Delphi Method based on preliminarily proposed index system. Result An evaluation index system including 7 first grade indexes, 16 second grade indexes and 28 third grade indexes for nursing students' critical thinking skills is established. Conclusion The results of two round of consultation are reliable. Weight assignment has good coordination degree and high reliability. The system can be used in evaluation of nursing students' critical thinking skills
