摘要
分析了盘磨磨片在打浆过程中常见的失效方式,采用稀土铸渗方法研制了高耐磨盘磨磨片,分析了新型磨片的金相组织和耐磨机制。研究表明,稀土铸渗层生成的M_3C+M_7C_3结构的共晶碳化物是其具有高耐磨性能的主要原因,研制的打浆盘磨磨片生产使用效果优越。
High wear resistance disc was developed by using the method of RE Cast-infiltration,the result showed that the eutectic carbonized " M3 C + M7 C3" produced by RE Cast-infiltration is the main reason of high wear resistance.The application of the disc in pulp refining proves its superior performance.
