摘要
介绍了X型号滑翔增程弹EP/CF复合材料弹翼的研制过程,根据设计指标,分别采用纤维缠绕/模压和手糊/模压两种成型工艺进行了试验。结果表明,在满足弹翼性能指标要求的前提下,手糊/模压成型工艺生产的EP/CF复合材料弹翼周期短、工序少、过程简单、原材料浪费少、质量容易控制,更适合该弹翼的制造。
The process of studing X type gliding range-assisted missile EP/CF composite wings was introduced. According to the performance of the design, we produced two types sample by filament winding add die pressing molding technics and hand lay-up molding add die pressing technics. On condition that the performance of the sample could meet the need of missile wing, the second technic had the advantage of short periods, little working procedure, simple process, little waste of raw and processed materials and easy quality controlling, it was better technics to manufacture the missile wing.
