Development of Online Image Communication Board for Telemedicine Based on B/S Model

目的:建立基于B/S模式下,多终端间影像同步浏览与传输、用户批注与回滚的在线交流画板,将远程医学影像交流从视频会议模式转变成"面对面、手对手"的新模式。方法:采用NET开发平台,将XML和AJAX技术应用于解决纯净网页下影像实时交流的技术问题,理顺客户端间业务逻辑关系,建立XML动态事件层次关系模型。结果:实现了基于纯净网页的客户端间影像同步浏览与批注的在线交流画板。结论:基于B/S的影像交流画板,免去了因安装专业软件造成的使用限制,扩展了交流范围,更新了传统的医学影像交流方法。

Objective To establish online communication board that can perform synchronous browsing and transmission as well as annotation and rollback from users among multi-terminals based on B/S model, which will convert the communication mode from video meeting to a new ＂face to face, hand to hand＂ one. Methods Based on the NET development platform, the XML and AJAX technologies were used to solve technological problems on real-time communication under pure web page, which could deal with logical relations among clients and establish a hierarchy mode of XML dynamic events. Results Online communication board that could perform synchronous image browsing and annotation among clients based on pure web was established. Conclusion The online communication board expands the scope of communication and upgrades the teleconsultation patterns based on B/S.
