磁共振R_2~*值评估兔肝纤维化模型的初步实验研究 被引量:8

Preliminary Experimental Study of MRI R_2~* in Evaluating Rabbit Hepatic Fibrosis Model

摘要 目的探讨磁共振R2*值评价兔肝纤维化的可行性。材料与方法分别对38只肝纤维化模型兔和8只正常兔行MR常规扫描及血氧水平依赖功能磁共振成像(BOLD-fMRI),以病理学肝纤维化分期为基础将其划分为:A组:无肝纤维化组,B组:轻/中度纤维化组,C组:重度纤维化/肝硬化组,比较各组间R2*平均值的变化情况。结果随着肝纤维化分期进展,R2*平均值逐渐增大。经统计学分析,A、B组与C组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BOLD-fMRI虽不能敏感诊断早期肝纤维化以及对肝纤维化进行分级分期,但所得的R2*值随肝纤维化分期进展而增大,从而能够反映肝脏血氧含量变化以及肝纤维化严重程度,可作为一种指导临床诊疗的有效手段。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of MRI R2* in evaluating rabbit hepatic fibrosis.Materials and Methods Thirty-eight rabbits with hepatic fibrosis and 8 normal rabbits were performed conventional MR and BOLD fMRI.The rabbits were divided into 3 groups base on pathological stage.Group A:no hepatic fibrosis group,group B:mild / moderate fibrosis group,group C:severe fibrosis / cirrhosis group.The average value of R2* among groups were compared.Results R2* values were gradually increased with the severity of liver fibrosis.There were significant difference of R2* values between group A and group C,as well as group B and group C(P0.05).Conclusion Although BOLD fMRI is not sensitive to early stage of hepatic fibrosis,the R2* value increased with the severity of fibrosis,which reflected the change of oxygen content and the fibrosis severity.BOLD fMRI can be an effective method to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
