摘要
目的:研究川续断种子的吸水萌芽特性,为川续断规范化种植提供理论依据和技术参考。方法:种子吸水的研究采用重量法,种子发芽条件研究根据常规发芽试验进行。结果:川续断种子入水后前6h为种子快速吸水阶段,吸水量占最大吸水量的87.2%,20h内吸水饱和,其吸水量为种子平均重量的97.3%左右;川续断种子发芽的适宜温度为20~25℃,最适温度为20℃。发芽初次计数时间为置床后第5天,末次计数时间为置床后第15天,发芽势统计时间为第8天。结论:川续断具有快速吸水的生物学特性;温度对川续断种子的发芽率、发芽势,发芽指数有显著影响,光照有利于种子发芽。
Objective : To provide theoretic warrant and technical reference for Dipsacus asperoides standardization planting, by carting out various systemic studies such as character of water absorption and groping germinating conditions. Method: Heft method was used for measuring changes of water absorption capacity. And seeds germination were probed into by r the general germination method. Result: Dipsacus asperoides seeds water absorption reached 87.2% of the maximum after into the water 6 hours, moreover, the imbibition of seeds reached saturated within 20 h and water-taking amount was 0. 973 times of seed weight. The suitable temperature for Dipsacus asperoides seed germination was 20℃ to 25 ℃, the optimum temperature was 20℃. And the best germinating-beds was top of paper. The first seeding-counting time was the 5th day after beginning the test, and the final time was the 15th day. The germination energy's statistical time was the 8th day. Conclusion : The results denoted that Dipsacus asperoides seed had the biological character of rapid water absorption. Temperature and germinating-beds had significant effect on germination rate, germination energy, germ/nation index of Dipsacus asperoides seed. Light was beneficial to seed germination.
