苦参提取物对小麦防御性关键酶活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用水煎煮法提取苦参生物碱,以溴甲酚绿比色法测定苦参生物碱含量.用不同含量的苦参提取物处理小麦,测定不同时间药物处理后苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)酶的活性.结果表明:用苦参提取物处理小麦可诱导3种酶活性升高,均明显高于对照;随着处理时间的推移其活性均呈现先升后降的趋势,且都在第7d达到峰值.苦参提取物对小麦的防御酶具有明显的诱导作用,参与小麦本身防卫机制,提高其抗性. The paper has extracted Sophore alkaloids by water decocting, processed wheat with different concentrations of water extract of Sophora, and observed the changes of three defensive enzymes (PAL, POD and CAT) activity in wheat in different times after dealing with drug. The result shows a similar trend, which increasing at first and followed by a decrease, and the peak of the activities appears in the seventh day. Water extract of Sophora has a clear role in inducing the defensive enzymes in wheat.
