摘要
针对3台规格为ф19 200 mm×62 mm、容积为3700 m3的球罐,通过选择合适的放射源种类、放射源强度以及胶片型号,制定了合理的检测工艺,最终所得底片质量符合ASME规范要求,工期及安全防护均达到预期目标。
Aiming at three sets of spherical tanks with a size of Ф19200mm×62mm and volume of 8 700 m^3 , a the reasonable inspection program was established on the basis of selecting suitable radioactive isotope and intensity, and the film type. The quality of radiograph was proved to be in accordance with ASME standard in practice and construction schedule, safety prevention and protection also achieved anticipated target.
