摘要
目的建立复方参芪五味咀嚼片中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法 Dikma Diamonsil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);柱温:室温;以乙腈-水(31∶69)为流动相;流速1mL/min。ELSD参数:漂移管温度:40℃;氮气流速:2.0mL/min。结果黄芪甲苷浓度在4.6~32.2μg/mL间线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.71%,RSD=1.2%。结论该方法准确、重现性好、灵敏度高,可用于复方参芪五味咀嚼片中黄芪的含量测定。
Objective To determine the content of Astragaloside Ⅳ in compound Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets by HPLC-ELSD. Methods Dikma Diamonsil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (31:69),with a flow rate of 1 mL/min under room temperature; ELSD parameter:diift tube temperature:40 ℃,nitrogen flow rate:2.0. Results The concentration range of Astragaloside Ⅳ was 4.6~32.2 μg/mL,the average recovery rate of Astragaloside was 97.71%,and RSD was 1.2%. Conclusion The experimental result shows that this method is simple,sensitive and reliable.
