摘要
介绍钢渣处理技术的发展现状及钢渣处理工艺的分类及机理。通过比较和分析热闷法、风淬法和滚筒法3种典型的钢渣处理工艺,评价了它们的优缺点。从100%处理钢渣、处理效果更好的角度看,热闷法是值得推广的工艺;从流程短、占地面积省的角度看,滚筒法和风淬法则具有其优势。上述3种钢渣处理工艺具有各自的推广价值。
The existing steel slag processing technology used in China and its current state,including different types of technology and its principle, are briefly introduced in this paper. Three types of treatment process for slag, i. e. hot stew method, wind crush method and drum method are compared and analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages for these technologies are estimated. Hot stew method is the best one due to its 100 % disposal ability and better treatment effect. However, drum method and wind crush method are also valuable in terms of saving investment and workshop area. In a word, all of the three processes have their own advantages in different situation.
