摘要
目的建立六味地黄丸(LWDHW)浓缩丸UV-IR光谱指纹图谱,应用UV-IR光谱等权融合模型原理和系统指纹定量法评价其质量。方法将UV和IR光谱各数据点按平均值法分别生成对照指纹图谱,以光谱点为单位计算两类光谱的宏观定性和宏定量信息并以等权融合,计算各批样品的Sm和Pm值。结果以光谱指纹定量法鉴定10批六味地黄丸浓缩丸质量,鉴定出7批质量均为良好以上,2批质量一般,1批质量为次。结论所建立的UV-IR光谱指纹图谱用系统指纹定量法可全面有效地鉴别和控制LWDHW质量。
Objective To set up the UV-IR combined spectrum fingerprints of Liuwei Dihuang Wan(LWDHW) and apply the theory of equal weight combined model to identify the quality by spectrum systematic quantified fingerprint method(SSQFM).Methods The referential UV fingerprint and the referential IR fingerprint(RIRFP) were synthesized respectively by the point to point data of UV and IR spectra of 10 batches of LWDHW,in which equal weight was given to each of RUVFP and RIRFP to produce the entire RFP,and the RFP,Sm and Pm of each of the 10 batches of LWDHW were calculated.Results The quality of the 10 batches of LWDHW were thoroughly identified by SSQFM.Among the 10 batches of LWDHW,the quality of 7 batches was good,while that of 2 batches was ordinary and 1 batch was poor.Conclusion The established spectrum fingerprints of LWDHW combined with SSQFM can comprehensively and effectively identify the authentic quality of LWDHW.
