摘要
远程医学影像交流是目前医学远程会诊中重要的组成部分,至今尚未发现独立于医疗设备与庞大信息系统的纯粹"手对手"影像交流形式医学软件。本文根据医生临床需求,在普通网络环境下,利用数据链表建立起绘图数据存储结构,结合Winsock通信技术设计出独立于医疗产品的远程在线交流画板系统,并就系统中涉及的关键问题进行了探析。最终画板系统在1M带宽的ADSL网络和医院局域网环境下进行功能测试,测试结果表明客户端间数据能够同步交流,形成了一定条件下取代面对面影像交流的远程医疗新手段。
Remote medical imaging communication is important for medical tele-consuhation. However, "hand-to-hand" style medical imaging software, which is independent of equipment and information systems, is not found till now. According to the requirements of doctors, we established a storage structure of plotting data using the data chain table, and unified the Winsock mechanics of communication to design a remote online drawing board system independent from the medical products. We also analyzed the key issues involved in the system and formed an effective new means of telemedieine eventually. Finally the drawing board system carried on the function testing under the network environment of 1 M band width ADSL and hospital local area network. The test result indicated the drawing board could synchronized exchange between clients, and completed a new method for remote online exchange, substituting for the face-to-face imaging exchange under a certain condition.
