摘要
将四种复方中药(分别编号为AB、AH、CD、IV)和黄芪多糖(APS)作为添加剂添加入基础料饲料中,连续饲喂1龄鲫鱼45d,于第45d及第60d分别采样,测定鱼体重和肝脏、脾脏、肾脏中一氧化氮(NO)含量及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性,研究中药复方对鲫鱼生长及免疫功能的影响。结果显示:45d时称量体重,复方AH、复方AB两组增重率显著高于对照组及其他三种中药复方组,饲喂60d对照组及所有中药组增重率均无显著差距。投喂45d,方剂AB显著降低鲫鱼肝脏、肾脏中NO的含量,五种中药方剂均能提高鲫鱼脾脏中NO含量。AH、AB、IV、APS四种方剂饲喂的鲫鱼肝脏中NOS含量明显高于对照组。投喂60天,五种中药方剂饲喂的鲫鱼脾脏中NO含量均高于对照组,除IV外,均差异显著。肝脏中NOS含量各组无显著差异,脾脏中IV组TNOS含量最高,APS组iNOS含量最高。肾脏中APS方剂组的iNOS含量显著高于对照组。
Effects of four kinds of Chinese herbal compound and Astragalus Polysacharin(APS)on growth and immunity were studied.Four Chinese herbal compound and APS were added to the base material as feed additive.We feed one-year-old Carassius auratus for 45 days,weighed the body weight and collected tissues at the 45th day and the 60th day individually,and investigated the contents of NO and NOS in liver,spleen and kidney of Carassius auratus.The results showed that Group AH and AB exhibited an apparent increase in growth rate compared to control group and the other three Chinese herbal compound groups when feed for 45 days.As for feed for 60 days,all the four testing groups showed obviously increase in content of NO in spleen compared to the control group,except formula IV.The content of NOS in liver of all six groups had no significant difference.However,Group IV had the highest TNOS value in spleen,Group APS had the highest iNOS value both in spleen and kidney.
