摘要
汽车NVH性能是评价整车性能重要指标之一,运用整车NVH性能摸底测试方法验证了某国产轿车NVH主观感受;介绍了传递路径分析基本原理,并构建了基本分析模型,结合传递路径分析方法与国际先进的声振数据测试系统,对可能产生问题的路径进行了声振测试、分析,并通过排除法得出了该工程问题的初步诊断结论。在分析、总结工程实例基础上,建立了整车NVH性能测试与分析一般技术流程。
The NVH performance about a vehicle is one of the most important guidelines.This paper verified a home-made car's NVH subjective feelings firstly through using the method that is called trial testing.Secondly,introducing the keystone of transfer path analysis,constructing the basic analysis model,and combining with the transfer path analysis methods and the international advanced data test system,the writer made NVH testing and analysis on each path where a NVH problem could be produced,and then,obtains a preliminary diagnosis by using the exclusion method.Finally,on the base of analyzing and summarizing the engineering problems,the general technical process of automobile NVH performance testing and analysis had been established.
