摘要 R&D联盟是全球化竞争时代企业获取外部创新资源、赢得竞争优势和可持续发展的必然选择。文章从经济、技术、市场竞争和政策四个层面对R&D联盟的动因进行系统阐述,分析了R&D联盟的组建模式类型,并提出基于不同动因的R&D联盟适用类型和组建模式选择策略,旨在为R&D联盟科学选择组建模式提供参考。 R＆D alliance is the inevitable choice for enterprises to obtain external innovative resources and achieve competitive advantages and sustainable development in the age of global competition. From four aspects including economy, technology, market competition and policy, this paper systematically describes the motivations of R＆D alliance, analyzes the types of construction mode, and finally puts forward the R＆D alliance types and construction mode selection tactics based on different motivation. The paper aims at providing reference for R＆D alliance to select construction mode scientifically.
