摘要
研究了羊毛染制品的剥色原理及方法。现行的剥色方法对酸性络合染料、酸性媒介染料染制品的剥色率只有10%~20%。改进现行剥色方法:加入强配位体取代染料-Cr(Ⅲ)-羊毛配位化合物中的染料,可有效地提高剥色率到40%~50%。
A study on principles and methods of stripping of dyed wool products was conducted. The present stripping method of products dyed with acid complex dyes and acid mordant dyes can achieve only 10%~20% colour stripping rate, but the modified stripping method can effectively raise the stripping rate to 40%~50% by adding a powerful coordination complex which replaces the dye that has originally complexed with Cr(Ⅲ) and wool.
