欧盟解除对华武器禁运事件中的美国因素被引量：6

摘要 2003年至2005年,在中欧关系良性互动的背景下,欧盟考虑解除对华武器禁运。但是美国坚决反对欧盟解除对华武器禁运,因为它担心中国的强大会危及美国在亚太地区乃至全球的主导地位。通过直接游说和威胁制裁的方式,美国向欧盟施压并取得成功,这表明美国有能力影响欧盟形成共同外交与安全政策。因此,没有美国的同意或者妥协,欧盟很难解除对华武器禁运。
