戊二醛-β-环糊精接枝改性棉织物 被引量:3

摘要 采用戊二醛作交联剂将β-环糊精接枝到棉织物上,研究β-环糊精和戊二醛质量浓度及焙烘条件对接枝棉织物力学性能的影响,测试了β-环糊精接枝棉织物的增重率、白度、拉伸强力和折皱回复性,得到β-环糊精接枝棉织物的优化工艺为:β-环糊精60 g/L,戊二醛100g/L,六水氯化镁20g/L,160℃焙烘4 min。结果表明,接枝棉织物的增重率和折皱回复角均增加,可赋予棉织物较好的免烫性能,但白度和断裂强力下降,物理机械性能基本满足服用要求。 Using glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent, β-cyclodextrin was grafted onto the cotton fabric. The influence of β-cy- clodextrin concentration, glutaraldehyde concentration and curing condition on mechanical properties of the grafted cotton fab- rics were discussed. The weighting percentage, whiteness, tensile strength and crease recovery of grafted cotton fabric were tested. It was shown that the optimal conditions of grafting process were β-CD 60 g/L, glutaraldehyde 100 g/L, magnesium chloride hexahydrate 20 g/L, and curing at 160 ℃ for 4 rain. The results showed that the weighting percentage and wrinkle re- covery angle of the grafted cotton fabric were increased, which gave better durable press performance to the fabric, but the whiteness and tensile strength both decreased, and these physical and mechanical properties basically met the requirement of wear behavior.
