摘要
为了解引种植物百子莲种子发育过程中生理生化特性,有针对性地进行种子繁殖,采用测量观察和生理试验方法,对种子长度、质量、含水量和种子中淀粉、可溶性蛋白质以及过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶、α-淀粉酶的质量分数进行测定,结果表明:百子莲种子发育前2周种子生长量最大;种子干质量在授粉后42d趋于稳定。淀粉在种子发育初期积累迅速,总体上呈"上升—下降—上升"的趋势;可溶性蛋白质质量分数呈逐渐上升趋势;可溶性糖质量分数呈逐渐下降趋势。淀粉质量分数、可溶性蛋白质质量分数与种子干质量、种子大小呈显著正相关;可溶性糖质量分数与淀粉质量分数、种子干质量、种子大小呈显著负相关。POD、PPO、α-淀粉酶的质量分数在种子发育过程中变化显著,POD、PPO活性与可溶性蛋白质质量分数呈显著正相关;α-淀粉酶活力与种子大小呈显著正相关。
An experiment was conducted to study the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Agapanthus praecox ssp. orientalis ‘Big Blue’ in terms of seed length,fresh weight,dry weight,moisture content,contents of starch and soluble protein,and activities of POD,PPO and α-amylase in order to provide references for seed reproduction. Results showed that the mass growth was the biggest in the first two weeks,and the dry weight of seeds leveled off on about 42d after pollination. Starch content accumulated rapidly at the early stage of seed development and presented an up-down-up trend. Level of soluble protein tended to rise gradually,while level of soluble sugar dropped gradually. There were remarkable positive correlations between starch content,soluble protein content and seed dry weight,seed length,and remarkable negative correlations between soluble sugar and starch content,seed dry weight,seed length. Significant changes in contents of POD,PPO and α-amylase occurred during seed development. There were remarkable positive correlations between enzymatic activities of POD,PPO and soluble protein content and between α-amylase activity and seed length.
