摘要
传统电子束焊机高压电源采用400 Hz中频发电机组,其噪声大、纹波大、效率低,不能满足现代工业实际需要。为解决上述问题,研制了一台60 kV/6 kW的基于移相全桥的全数字电子束焊机高频高压电源样机。该电源由DSP,CPLD,IPM等组成,实现了高压电源的自动调节、过压过流保护及高压自放电快速恢复功能。实验表明,该电源的各项性能指标都达到了设计目标,能满足焊接工艺的实际要求。
The traditional electron beam welding machine uses high voltage power supply with 400 Hz frequency,which has disadvantages of noisy,ripple and low efficiency,it can not meet the practical needs of modern industry.To solve the above problems,a 60 kV/6 kW all-digital electron beam welding machine power supply prototype based on phase-shift full-bridge is designed.The power supply including the DSP,CPLD,IPM,etc,achieving a high-voltage power supply of the automatic adjustment,over-voltage over-current protection and high voltage fast recovery from the discharge of functions.The test results show that the performance index of the power supply reaches the design goals,meets the practical requirements of welding process.
