摘要
目的:探讨红外线透视导航下应用经皮椎体后凸成形术(Percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效和安全性。方法:自2006年10月至2008年12月,采用红外线透视导航下PKP治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折32例75个病椎,观察术后症状改善及椎体高度恢复情况,并行视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分。结果:32例手术均顺利,疼痛于术后24 h内均明显缓解,术后无脊髓神经根受损表现,X射线片复查显示病椎的高度明显恢复,后凸畸形大部分矫正,VAS评分差异有显著性。结论:红外线透视导航下PKP提高了手术精确度和安全性,减少X线辐射,符合脊柱外科微创及智能导航的发展方向,是治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的一个有效方法。
Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of infrared fluoroscopic navigation guiding system guided percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP) for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods : From October 2006 to December 2008,32 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compressive fracture, including 75 vertebral body,were treated with PKP with infrared fluoroscopic navigation guiding system,postoperative symptomatic improvement、the height restoration of vertebral body and VAS score were recorded and analyzed.Results:All operations were completed successfully,no neurologic symptoms appeared postoperatively and the back pain of the patients were relieved in 24 hours.X-ray examinations revealed that the vertebrae were restored and the kyphosis was corrected obviously,VAS pain score showed a big significance.Conclusion:Infrared fluoroscopic navigation guiding system guided PKP corresponded with intelligent navigation and microinvasive surgery,is more precise、safe and effective to treat the osteoporotic vertebral fractures.
