白油中三乙基铝含量的测定

Determination of Triethylaluminum Content in White Oil

用酸碱滴定法测定白油中三乙基铝的含量。试样在氮封条件下,白油中的三乙基铝在异丙醇中被醇解生成的烷氧基铝在硫酸与氟化钾作用下被水解,用过量的硫酸用氢氧化钠滴定,用减差法计算烷基铝的浓度。

Triethylaluminum content in white oil was determined by acid-base titration. Under nitrogen seal , alcoholysis of triethylaluminum in oil was carried out in isopropyl alcohol to generate alkoxy aluminum, then the alkoxy aluminum was hydrolyzed in sulfuric acid and potassium fluoride. Sodium hydroxide was used to titrate excessive sulfuric acid. At last, concentration of aluminum alkvl was calculated by subtraction method.
