摘要
无人值守变电站的日常运维工作是保障电网安全运行的重要环节,当前尚未开展其最优策略的研究。文中通过分析运行维护工作中操作队驻地选址及运维路径选择的特点,将运维策略划分为设备维护及日常巡视的选址-路径问题LRP(location-routing problems)和开关操作及事故的车辆路径问题VRP(vehicle routing problem);通过明确目标体系,完善约束条件,建立了对应的LRP模型和VRP模型。运维策略的划分及模型的建立,为进一步研究求解该问题,进而合理选择操作队驻地,科学制定运维路线奠定了理论基础。
Daily operation and maintenance of unattended substations is an important part of ensuring the operation safety of power grid.Researches on optimal operation and maintenance strategy have not been widely carried out.Characteristics of the operation team's resident location problem and work routine optimization problem were analyzed;and the operation and maintenance strategy was divided into two parts:location routing problem(LRP)in equipment maintenance and daily patrol;vehicle routing problem(VRP)in switching operation and accident disposal.Corresponding LRP model and VRP model were estabilshed with specific target system and perfect constraints.To select reasonable resident substations and optimal work routines,the theoretical foundation for the problem's further research has been established.
