摘要 随着人们维生素矿物质补充剂摄入量的增加,由此引起的健康安全问题已引起广泛关注。欧洲食品安全委员会(SCF)和食品安全局(EFSA)采用风险评估和管理的理论提出的风险分级模型在此方面取得很大进展并得到国际法典委员会的推荐。本文旨在介绍该模型的内容和方法并分享各国应用的经验,以便于相关管理和学术机构参考借鉴。 In light of increasing intake of vitamin and mineral supplements among public,the health and safety issue has been arised.A risk catagorized model based on risk assessment and management theory was proposed by SCF/EFSA and be recommended in the Codex system.This article is aiming at introducing the content and methodology of this model and sharing the common ground of international practices with our counterparts.
