摘要
深入分析了特高压南阳变建成投运后对特高压电网及河南电网安全稳定控制策略的影响。通过N-2等严重故障分析,研究了南阳变投运对特高压电网安全稳定控制措施的影响,提出了特高压电网解列措施的具体配置方案。研究了特高压开关设备跳闸后线路空充可能造成的沿线电压过高问题,提出了特高压线路稳态过电压装置的配置方案。针对南阳变建成后,河南南南电网南南南南南南南南南N-2故障造成剩余南南达到南超过热稳限额的问题,提出了运行方式预控、提高线路热稳限额、直流附加控制、AGC协调控制等控制措施。
The impacts ofNanyang UHV substation on safety and stability control strategy of UHV power grid and Henan power grid are analyzed. Based on N-2 catastrophe failure analysis, the splitting measures of UHV power grid is proposed. After the analysis of the over-voltage caused by line no-load after UHV breakers trip, the configuration scheme of steady state over-voltage devices is defined. In Henan inner power grid, Fanbai or Xiaoshi double-circuit line failure causes overload of the residual two lines, in this case, this paper gives several control strategies, such as preventing controlling on operating method, raising transmitting capability limited by thermal stability, applying direct current additional control, stability controlling assorting with AGC, and so on.
