头孢唑啉钠与氨茶碱、三氮唑核苷在5%葡萄糖注射液中的配伍实验

Compatbility of cefazolin with aminophylline and ribavirin injection solution in 5% glucose injection solution

目的：研究头孢唑啉钠与氨茶碱、三氮唑核苷在５ ％ 葡萄糖注射液中的配伍变化，供临床应用参考。方法：配伍实验采用紫外分光光度法和 Ｈ Ｐ Ｌ Ｃ色谱法进行。结果：头孢唑啉钠与氨茶碱配伍溶液色泽加深，含量略有下降，其余各组色泽未变，含量略有下降。结论：头孢唑啉钠与氨茶碱不能联合应用；头孢唑啉钠与三氨唑核苷可联合应用，但最好在６ｈ 用完。

OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of cefazolin with aminophlline and ribavirin in 5% glucose injection solution.METHODS:UV spectrophotometric and HPLC was used.RESULTS:The content of solution of cefazolin and aminophylline was lower.CONCLUSION:Cefazolin shoud not be compatible with aminophylline,and idealy used in 6 hours when compatible with ribavirin.
