摘要
目的建立高效液相法同时测定撤热柴胡饮中连翘苷和黄芩苷含量的方法。方法采用phenomenex-Cl8柱(250×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2)为流动相等度洗脱,检测波长为280 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL。结果在选定的色谱条件下,测定了连翘苷、黄芩苷两种组分的含量。连翘苷在0.0252~0.2520μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.65%(RSD=0.65%,n=6),黄芩苷在0.04832~0.4832μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.07%(RSD=1.24%,n=6)。结论该法快速,简便易行,结果可靠,专属性强,可作为该制剂的质量监控手段。
Objective To develop a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of forsythin and baicalin in Chere Chaihu Oral Liquid. Methods Samples were analyzed on Phenomenex-C18(250 × 4.6mm, 5 μm) column with methanol-water (consisting of 0.2 % phosphoric acid) as mobile phases at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 280 nm, temperature of column was set at 30 ℃, and injection volume was 10 μL. Results The contents of two components, forsythin and baicalin, were determined by the given method. Forsythin showed good linearity in the range of 0.0252 - 0.2520 μg, and the recovery was 98.65 %, (RSD=0.65 %, n=6). Baicalin showed good linearity in the range of 0.04832- 0.4832 μg, and the recovery was 97.07 % (RSD= 1.24%,n=6). Conclusion The method is rapid, feasible and accurate, and is suitable for the quality control of Chere Chaihu Oral Liquid.
