摘要
随着大学的扩招,大学生毕业人数连年递增,就业难、就业水平低促成了"蚁族"的诞生。从"蚁族"的现实状况出发,探讨影响大学生就业因素,有针对性地提出国家政策保障,企业、家庭参与,学校教育引导等促进大学生就业的建议。
With the enrollment extension of universities and the increasing number of college graduates, employment becomes more and more difficult for college students, which gives birth to ＂ant tribe＂. Starting with the present situation of ＂ant tribe＂, the article probes into influencing factors of college students employment and proposes suggestions for promoting college students employment.
