摘要
为了提高船闸闸室墙混凝土的抗裂耐撞磨性能和耐久性,采用"三掺技术"配制的抗裂耐撞磨高性能混凝土在宿迁船闸闸室墙工程中进行了应用试验。根据工程现场环境和空间施工特点,重点围绕施工前的准备、混凝土的拌制、运输、浇筑、养护和质量检验等工艺环节,研究并制订了掺聚乙烯醇纤维混凝土的施工技术和质量控制要点,取得了良好的工程技术效果。
In order to improve the cracking resistance, impact and abrasion resistance and durability of concrete for lock chamber wall, a new type of high performance concrete made by "Three Mixture Technology" was applied in the lock chamber wall project of Suqian city. And the construction techniques and the quality control of polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced concrete were researched in aspect of the construction preparation, concrete mixing, transportation, pouring, curing and quality test according to the site environment and construction requirements. This technique was well applied in real project.
