摘要
网络思想政治教育中的人际沟通具有沟通渠道单一化、沟通主体虚拟化、沟通双方平等化的特点,沟通分析理论为研究这种特殊的沟通提供了一个崭新的角度。从沟通分析理论的视角来看,首先应明确网络思想政治教育中沟通主体所选用的自我状态。在此基础上,教育主体可以灵活运用互补式沟通、交错式沟通和隐藏式沟通三种沟通方式,与教育客体建立良好的关系,增强沟通的有效性,达到思想政治教育说服的目的。
The interpersonal communication in the online ideological and political education features in its monotonous channel,virtualization and equality.The communication theory provides a new perspective for this new communication approach.According to the theory,the ego-state of the subjects in the communication has to be first identified,based on which educators could flexibly use the three means of complementary,interactive or hidden communication,so as to establish good relationship,improve communication efficiency,and achieve the purpose of persuasion in the ideological and political education.
