摘要
以乙醇和水为提取溶剂,选择根黄分散片提取物最佳的提取工艺。本试验采用不同浓度(40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%和100%)的乙醇和煎煮法分别提取,以黄芩苷得量和提取物得率为指标确定其最佳提取工艺。根黄分散片的最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇渗漉提取,药渣每次加10倍量水,煎煮2次,时间分别为2、1 h。先用70%乙醇进行渗漉提取,再水煎提取,此工艺简便可行,适于大规模工业化生产。
The alcohol and water were used as solvent to optimize the best abstraction technique of Genhuang dispersible tables.In this experiment,the Chinese herbs were abstracted with the different ethanol concentrations(40%,50%,60%,70%,80%,90% and 100%) and water.The amount of baicalin and the extract rate were used as the index of the best abstraction technique.The best extraction technologic conditions were as the following.70% ethanol was used to abstract according to percolation method.The gruffs were added ten times amount of water and extracted two times.They were two hours and one hour.After 70% alcohol was used to extract according to percolation method,we extracted the remaining gruffs according to decocting method.This process is simple and feasible,and it is suitable for industrialized large-scale manufacture.
