摘要 随着信息化的快速发展,知识管理已经成为企业提升企业综合实力和核心竞争力必不可少的一个有效手段。贵州电网公司以"促进知识价值最大化、实现知识管理制度化、内容有序化、平台工具化、共享自觉化"为目标,构建了以战略规划、管控与支持、项目管理、运维管理、信息安全管理等五大方面的信息化专业分类知识体系并搭建了知识管理平台。利用知识地图手段,实现了信息化专业知识的统一存储及共享应用,借鉴该体系可为建立贵州电网知识管理提供指导。 With the rapid development of information technology, knowledge management has become one of the effective and necessary means to enhance the core competence of enterprises. Guizhou Power Grid Corporation (GPGC) aims to maximize the value of knowledge, and to achieve institutionalization of knowledge management, content ordering, platform of tools building, and consciousness of sharing. Information knowledge classification system is established with five parts, which are strategic planning, monitoring and support, project management, operation and maintenance management, information security management. Knowledge management platform is built. Using knowledge maps, unified storage and sharing of professional information knowledge is realized. This system can be referenced to the power grid knowledge management in Guizhou.
