摘要
本文对具有较强倍频效应的有机物质ANDS(4-氨基—4’-硝基二苯硫醚)在一些有机溶剂中的习性进行了研究,发现它在乙酸乙酯和正己烷的混合溶剂中能长出较好的针状单晶,同时也研究了乙酸乙酯和正已烷的体积配此对ANDS晶形的影响。
This paper studies the growth characterization of nonlinear optical material 4-amino-4'-nitrodiphenyl sulfide (ANDS) in several kinds of organic solvents, and finds that we can obtain its needle single crystal in the mixture solvent of ethylacetate and n-hexane, the influence of the volume proportion of ethylacetate to n-hexane on the crystal form of ANDS is also studiedc.
