连续流砂过滤器处理城市二级出水中试研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用连续流砂反硝化过滤工艺对无锡芦村城市污水处理厂二级出水进行脱氮除磷中试研究,以达到出水水质满足GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A的排放标准。试验选用聚合氯化铝(PAC)为强化连续流砂反硝化过滤工艺除磷的混凝剂,选用醋酸钠作为碳源补充剂,研究了连续流砂反硝化过滤工艺对污染物的去除效果。结果表明,经连续流砂反硝化过滤工艺处理后,NH3-N、TN、TP、SS、CODCr均达到GB18918—2002的一级A的排放标准,该工艺对TP、TN、SS的去除效果显著,平均去除率分别达到了70.8%、65.8%和83.9%,由于该污水厂出水NH3-N和CODCr浓度已很低,所以对此二者去除效果不明显。 In order to ensure the effluent water quality meet the requirements of first grade A standard in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant,a pilot test on consecutive sandflo-filter system applied in treatment of secondary effluent from a municipal WWTP in Wuxi Lucun was carried out,and the nitrogen and phosphorus removal through the denitrification and filtration process was studied at the same time.With polyaluminum chloride(PAC) as coagulant and sodium acetate as carbon-supplementing agent,the effect of denitrification and filtration process in consecutive sandflo-filter system on pollutants removal was investigated.The results showed that,after the treatment by the said process,the mass concentration of NH3-N,TN,TP,SS and CODCr in the effluent water reached the first grade A standard of the relevant standard.The said process had a significant effect on TP,TN and SS removal with the average removal rates of 70.8%,65.8% and 83.9% respectively;the removal effect of NH3-N and CODCr were inconspicuous for the very low concentration of them in the effluent water.
