摘要
以GS30型数控车床作为研究对象,对其进行升级改造。在论述了GS30型数控车床存在的问题后,确定了改造的总体技术方案,选择西门子840D数控系统作为控制装置,并配备了与840D相匹配的各模块型号,编制了PLC软件程序进行调试,在对机床的各参数进行了设定后,对该机床进行了验收。结果表明该机床的性能和精度达到或超过原机床,完全能够满足元件高精度、高效率、高可靠性的要求,而且设计风险小,节省了投资资金。
After discussing the problem of GS30 CNC lathe,the upgrading object,We determined the overall technical proposal,selected the Siemens 840D CNC system as a control device,chosen each module's model number matching with 840D and developed PLC software program to debug.In the end,the various parameters of the machine was set up,the lathe was checked and accepted.The results show that the performance and accuracy meet or exceed the original machine,fully meet the requirement of high precision,high efficiency and high reliability to components,having low risk and saving investment.
