摘要 传统生产线的设计过多地依靠经验和手工计算,缺少科学性,很难达到预期结果。本文在认真分析研究发泡水泥板生产工艺流程的基础之上,对年产100万平米发泡水泥板生产线进行规划设计,通过生产线工艺优先图描述发泡水泥板的整个生产过程。采用面向对象的建模方法对生产线进行仿真建模分析,同时在离散系统仿真软件EM-Plant中进行仿真,据此对生产线进行平衡分析和瓶颈分析,并对所规划设计的生产线性能进行评价。仿真结果表明,此方法具有实用性和有效性,为生产线的优化和改进提供了技术支持。 Traditionally, the production line is designed according to the experiences and manual calculations, which resuited less scientific and the expected result difficult to have in the design. Based on the careful analysis of the foam cement board production process, this paper planed and designed the foam cement board production line which output is one million square meter a year and described the entire production process of cement board through the flow sheet of the production line. Using object-oriented modeling method for the simulation and modeling of the line, meanwhile the line was emulated in the discrete system simulation software EM-Plant for the balancing and bottleneck analysis. It also did some evaluation on the productivity of the line. The simulation results show that this method is practical and effective, and it provides the technical support to the optimization and improvement of the production line.
