摘要
20世纪60年代后期,国际上开始出现工业化生产的涂料用饱和聚酯与饱和聚酯涂料。中国从20世纪70年代开始发展饱和聚酯及其涂料,主要集中在生产溶剂型饱和聚酯树脂。油墨的基料是生产油墨的重要原料,它是合成树脂的一种。饱和聚酯树脂与醇酸树脂相似,用来作为油墨的连接料使用,其对颜料的润湿程度要好于其他类型树脂的连接料,并且对于生产色彩鲜艳的油墨大有好处。本研究采用熔融法与溶剂法相结合的工艺,合成出一类具有高Tg、快速干燥等特点,可应用于卷钢油墨的饱和聚酯。
In the 1960s,saturated polyester resin and saturated polyester coatings began to be produced in the world. Since 1970s,China started to develop saturated polyester coatings,mainly focused on production of solvent - based saturated polyester resin. As one of the synthetic resins,ink binder is an important raw material used in ink production. Like alkyd resin, saturated polyester resin has usually been used as ink binder, it can provide better performance for wetting of pigment than other types of resin binder, furthermore, it is helpful for the production of color inks. Combining the melting process and solvent process,a new poly- ester resin with high Tg and fast drying features, which can be used for printing ink on precoated steel sheet was developed.
