刺五加茎叶化学成分研究

STUDIES ON CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS FROM ACANTHOPANAX SENTICOSUS (RUPR.ET MAXIM.) HARMS

目的：研究五加科植物刺五加Ａｃａｎｔｈｏｐａｎａｘ ｓｅｎｔｉｃｏｓｕｓ（Ｒｕｐｒ．ｅｔ Ｍａｘｉｍ ．） Ｈａｒｍｓ 茎叶中的化学成分。方法：利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化，根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果：得到３ 个化合物，分别鉴定为新刺五加酚（ｎｅｏｃｉｗｕｊｉａｐｈｅｎｏｌ，ＩＶ），阿魏酸葡糖苷（ｆｅｒｕｌｏｙｌｓｕｃｒｏｓｅ，Ｖ） ，丁香苷（ｓｙｒｉｎｇｉｎ，ＶＩ）。结论：ＩＶ 为新化合物，Ｖ为自然界中首次分离。

AIM: To study the chemical composition of the stems and leaves of Acanthopanax seticosus (Rupr.et Maxim.) Harms.METHODS: Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents. Their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence.RESULTS: Three compounds were identified as: neociwujiaphenol(IV), feruloyl sucrose(V) and syringin(VI). CONCLUSION: Compound IV is a new compound. Compound V was isolated from the nature for the first time.
