摘要 目的编制适合测量高护生学习态度的调查问卷,为了解高护生学习态度提供测量工具。方法以社会心理学中关于态度的三维结构为理论框架,参考他人研究成果,结合高护生实际情况,编制高护生学习态度问卷。采用专家咨询法进行内容效度检测,并对163名在校护生进行问卷调查,进行信度、结构效度检验。结果问卷包括学习兴趣(6个条目)、学习体验(6个条目)、个人学习习惯(7个条目)、对护理专业的认识(4个条目)4个维度,共23个条目。问卷总Cronbach′sα系数为0.927,各维度分别为0.855、0.874、0.861、0.725;问卷总内容效度指数为0.960,4个维度分别为1.000、1.000、0.930、0.920;4个因子解释的总变异为62.545%,各条目的因子载荷为0.496~0.809。结论高护生学习态度问卷具有较好的信度和效度。 Objective To develop a questionnaire for measuring nursing students′attitude towards learning.Methods The questionnaire was designed based on three-dimensional structure of attitudes in social psychology,review of research results,and actual situation of nursing students.The content validity was tested by expert consultation.Reliability and construct validity were tested by investigating 163 nursing students.Results The questionnaire was composed of such 4 dimensions as learning interest(6 items),learning experience(6 items),personal study habits(7 items),and awareness of nursing(4 items).The cronbach′s α coefficient was 0.927,with that of each dimension being 0.855,0.874,0.861,0.725 respectively.The index of content validity was 0.960,with that of each dimension being 1.000,1.000,0.930,0.920 respectively.The total variance explained by the 4 factors was 62.545%,and the factor loading ranged from 0.496 to 0.809.Conclusion The questionnaire is found to have good reliability and validity as an instrument to measure nursing students′ attitude towards learning.
