摘要
建立了平装可转位球头立铣刀端刃几何造形的数学模型,利用该模型可计算出刀体上刀片槽的加工调整参数、刀片圆弧半径以及铣刀几何角度沿切削刃的分布。
A mathematical model for geometric construction of the major cutting edge of an inserted ball-nose end mill is developed,with which the setting parameters for machining the inserted blade slot on the tool body,radius of the inserted blade and the distribution of geometric angles along the cutting edge of the mill can be obtained.
