摘要
在模拟自由淹没紊动射流的环境条件下,通过试验测定了高射程喷雾机射流时不同截面的多点风速分布、射程以及射流边界等特性;同时,分析讨论了高射程喷雾机实际射流规律。试验结果表明:高射程喷雾机射流初始段很短,可以不予考虑;射流主体段风速实测值和理论计算值基本相符,可为研制用于高大林木病虫害防治的高射程喷雾机性能提供依据。
Efflux properties of single-phase airflow from the air-assisted sprayer were analyzed on the basis of the experiments.The results showed that theory of ideal isothermal free turbulent jet is applicable to velocity distribution at the fully developed turbulent region in actual airflow of the air-assisted sprayer and to fading effect of velocity at its axis.This paper provides information for further improvement of the range of air-assisted sprayer and for development of new products with higher range to meet the needs of forestry as well.
