摘要
以变频器供电电机电压波形特征及绝缘结构老化机理为理论基础,研究分析了电机绝缘结构鉴定方法。描述了针对电机不同的实际运行情况,如何制定出符合实际的鉴定方法,为变频电机绝缘结构的设计、制造工艺及最终测试提供依据。
Voltage waveforms features and insulation systems aging mechanism as theoretical basis,the qualification method for motor insulation systems were studied and analyzed,how to get the qualification method according with actual operating situation was described,it provided the gist of variable frequency motor insulation systems design,technique and testing.
