摘要
目的:采用絮凝剂壳聚糖用于“抗感灵”提取液的澄清除杂。方法:对絮凝条件进行了优化,并同醇的效果做了比较。结果:最佳的絮凝条件,壳聚糖加入量为0.48g/L,温度为40℃,PH值为4.0。结论:壳聚糖絮凝法不仅澄清除杂效果好,且成本低,安全无毒,可代替醇沉法用“抗感灵”提取除杂工艺。
objective:To clarify KangGanLing via Chitosan Flocculation.Methods:The operating conditions were optimized and the results were compared with that of ethanol subsiding.Results:The optimized conditions were: .0.48g/L Chitosan flocculating agent was added at 40℃ and PH4.0.Conclusion: Chitosan flocculating method was efficient on the clarification of KangGanLing ,economic and safe and can replace ethanol subsiding method.
