摘要
本文以中国上市高新技术企业的经验数据,实证分析了融资来源对公司R&D投资的影响关系。研究发现,中国上市高新技术企业R&D投资主要依靠内源融资和股权融资,负债并不适合R&D投资。
Used the experiential data of the listed high and new technology enterprises in China, this paper analyzes the relations of the financing sources and R＆D investments. The study finds the R＆D investment of China＇s listed high and new technology enterprises mainly depends on domestic source financing and equity financing, and debt is not suitable for R＆D investment.
