摘要
钢管混凝土由于钢管和混凝土的协同作用,比钢筋混凝土具有更大的优越性,杭州励骏大酒店设计使用C40钢管混凝土,共计约2 500 m3,由于工程自身的要求和本地原材料的质量限制,对钢管混凝土配合比的设计、施工提出了很大的挑战,论文从混凝土的原材料选择、混凝土配合比的设计、混凝土强度的保证率、混凝土收缩以及空鼓的控制和泵送施工等方面进行详细的介绍,充分保证了工程质量。
Compared with armoired concrete,the concrete-filled steel tube(CTF) has superior performance due to the synergy of concrete and steel tube.2 500 m3 C40 CTF were consumed in the building project of Hangzhou Legendale Hotel.As the limit of the project requirement and the quality of local raw material,there are huge challenge to the concrete mix design and construction.This article introduced the choose of raw materials,the concrete mix design,guaranteed rate of concrete strength,the concrete shrinkage,the control of concrete hollow,and the pumping construction,which ensured the project quality.
