摘要
目的:建立注射用头孢替唑钠的含量测定的HPLC法。方法:采用YMC Pack ODS-A柱,流动相为枸橼酸溶液(取枸橼酸3 g,加水900 ml溶解)-乙腈(9∶1),检测波长为254 nm。结果:头孢替唑在20～30μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率100.6%,RSD为0.7%,定量最低检测限1ng。结论:该方法简便,灵敏度高,结果准确,可用于注射用头孢替唑钠含量测定。
Objective：An HPLC method was established for determination of the content of ceftezole sodium in its injection.Methods：The chromatographic column was YMC Pack ODS-A,and mobile phase was made up of sodium citrate solution and acetonitrile（9∶1）.Detective wavelength was at 254 nm.Results：A good linear relationship between the concentration of ceftezole sodium and its peak area was found within the range of 20 and 30 μg/ml.Average recovery was 100.6% and RSD was 0.7%.Conclusion：The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.It can be applied to the content determination of ceftezole sodium.
